Anja Visini is an architect and a jewelry designer.

An interdisciplinary approach and the research of the dissolution of traditional borders in the professional activity characterize her work, that ranges from curatorship to graphic design, from jewelry design toward architecture.

Since 2004 she has been alternatively working with renowned architectural and curatorial firms in Lisbon, Barcelona, Milan and Istanbul, and as a freelance professional.
Her interest for jewelry started in 2009 in Barcelona. From 2010 to 2012 she has been regularly assisting a metalsmith in Bergamo, Italy.

In 2011 she created NIM contemporary jewelry as a personal project.

In 2012 she moved to Istanbul where she met the founders of 2.26 Istanbul, a fine jewelry firm specialized in producing original moving jewels. For them, she realized a minimal interior showroom project and then she started collaborating as a jewelry designer for the ideation phase, producing sketches and supporting 2.26’s creativity.

After coming and going too many times, she definitively moved back to Milan in September 2018.

Making collages is her way of deciphering reality.
